terms of service
Partial payment upfront. Specifics to be discussed.
Product will be delivered via registered mail. Shipping in 3 business days upon completion. It should take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Some locations excluded (Russia, Belarus and Israel).
Shipping costs $17, $30 for particularly large and heavy stuff (example: a set of five terrain pieces). Temporarily, shipping prices and delivery time are double for United States (it involves shipping to a third party in Canada).
Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
All revisions must be done beforehand.
Minor edits can be suggested when shown work in progress.
Payment through PayPal.
Customer can ask for a refund if work has not been completed within the previously established deadline.
Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.
Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.
Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time, if new information was discovered.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

Best way to contact me is through Bluesky (I'll likely see it immediately), or email (I usually check it daily).
I accept commissions for painting, kitbashing, sculpting, or all of the above. You can see examples on Bluesky or in my Ko-fi shop (prices there are largely reflective of production cost, you may use them as a reference for what to expect).
Heroic-scale models (Warhammer, mostly) may cost extra - they have significantly larger surface area.
Smaller projects can be completed within a week, subject mostly to drying time between steps.
If I don't have suitable materials at hand, I'll tell you upfront. Shipping from a hobby shop to where I am, will usually take 2-3 weeks.
